Thanks I'll let her know - she wanted to change to Gmail as she was
getting a lot of spam. Why do some people have to take such drastic
measures like that I don't really know.
I'll email her now & suggest she change the way the text is displayed &
let her take it from there.

Hi Susanne,
I can't see how changing email address will change the size or font
type of the email your friend is reading.
She needs to change the way the email text is displayed, not her
email account.

just a quick question for you VicSonians out there. A friend of
mine is changing her email address from Hotmail to another account as
she says she finds it hard to read her emails on her laptop. What's the
best e-mail account that would suit her do you think?
Also, is it possible to get screen magnification software on a
laptop??
