[vicsireland] Should I upgrade IOS 6.1.3 on an iPhone 4 S to IOS 7.1.1?

Hello all,
I read various threads on IOS 7.0 when it came out initially. At the
time it seemed to me that there were a number of issues and that it
was not worth updating the IOS software at that stage.
What is the general consensus for IOS 7.1.1?
Does it work as well with VoiceOver as IOS 6.1.3?
Does it cause a slow-down in the responsiveness of an iPhone 4 S?
Any experiences and suggestions much appreciated!
