As far as I know there are only one or 2 on the iPhone and Blackberry Storm. Out of interest - how did text input work? How would you know if you've pressed say for example the number 2 or the number 5 given that they'd be located pretty close to each other on the screen? They took over the touch screen, divided it into quadrants and by using hardware keys for other purposes they allow users to drive the PDA via the screen.
