Hi,

If you have skype installed on that netbook then its causing it. You need to
go into skype tools and options then go to "advanced". In here uncheck the
"call too numbers on the web" checkbox.

Paul.

Subject: [vicsireland] Telephone numbers and webpages

Hello all,

I purchased a netbook the other week and am very happy with it. However, for

some reason, if I am trying to find a telephone number on a webpage, the
only numbers that are shown are the first 2 or 3 digits followed by an
elipsis. Does anyone happen to know why this is? Is there a setting in IE
that I've missed or something that filters out telephone numbers?
Regards,
Louise.
