  Hi all

This is a short tutorial on how to use the Eircom phone book online. It
contains business and residential numbers. I find it very useful.

  1. Open the webpage

  www.eircomphonebook.ie

  2. Press E to get to the first edit field, "who are you looking for". Press
enter to turn on forms mode. Type in the name/company.

  3. Press tab to get to the next edit box, "Where?(Suburb, Town or County".
Type in the location, it can be town and County like, Killorglin Co. Kerry.
The more information you can give, the more accurate the search will be.

  4. Now tab twice to a group of radio buttons where you can choose between
residential or business. You can use the up/down arrows to select one.

  5. Shift and tab once to the find button and press enter.

  6. Press H to get to the list of results. To hear the address and phone
number, Use down arrow.

  Joan Ann.
