Hi VICS members,

I would like to draw your attention to the latest release of the VICS
website. This is version 2.0, and was put live a couple of weeks ago after
extensive user testing.

It can be found at:
http://www.vicsireland.org

The following features and enhancements have been made:
- The ability to select your preferred contrast while viewing the site
- A new training section, which will be an ever-evolving centralised online
resource for you all to access
- A link to the various working groups the VICS Committee has in operation
at the moment
- A search facility, which enables the user to look for specific keywords on
the site
- A newly updated contacts page, where the members of the committee's
details are displayed
- The FAQ page has been updated

Other changes have been made behind the scenes to better the performance of
the site too.

I would like to thank Natasha Miskella for her excellent work on this
project. Her skills, time and energy speak for themselves when you check
out www.vicsireland.org.

As always, your feedback is essential to further improve this web site. If
you have any ideas for new sections or content you'd like up there, let us
know. The site is more or less built on user's suggestions as it is, so
let's continue that. After all, as VICS members, it's your site!

Cheers,

Tony Murray
VICS Chairperson
