Hi Tony,

I googled for winamp remote on the Net and it seems to be a way of
sharing your music with other people. Now, unless you explicitly want to
do this, the easiest way is probably to remove it from the add/remove
programmes aarea which you can get to via control pannel.

Cheers,

Tim

Hi All,

I was wondering that with my new laptop, on the taskbar there is Winamp
Remote!

It is to interfere with the running of my computer!

Now I hear that there are such things as toolbars that interfere with the
smooth running of a computer whilst using Jaws!

Anyone any ideas as how to get rid of toolbars?

Also can anyone please let me know of there experience of Winamp Remote
coming up a dialogue say when say writing an email which I then would have
to abandon.

Any assist!

Tony
