Blankhi albert
many thanks for that. i have downloaded the program but it would not play the
file.
not sure if i am doing things right plus the book concerned (chicken hawk
adventures of a vietnam chopper pilot), seem to have gone off my system. the
only file i can find when i do a search is called chicken hawk.exe and this
will not open.
i am thinking that if it is an exe then it somehow works in conjunction with a
player to open.
would be most grateful if you would send the sound taxi program version you
have and scripts.
probably best to do so off list....the rules on attachments etc.
you can reach me at
tigerone@xxxxxxxxxx
or anyone else who might like to contact me off list.
best
Paul H

      Hello Paul,
I use a program called SoundTaxi, it converts the format that you are
talking about in to MP3.
      if you go to :
      www.hartgen.org
you will find the link for this program plus scripts which makes
SoundTaxi more accessible with Jaws.

        hi folks
have downloaded some audiobooks which have a unusual file type, m4b.
none of the players i have will play the books i.e. real, winamp or wmp.
i used real to play m4a files .
are m4b files a relation or does anyone know how i can get these books
to play.
        thanks aforehand
        Paul H
