Hi Maureen,
Out of curiosity, when you do the same steps with the other jaws versions
do you get a crash?
Paul suggested completely uninstalling jaws 7 and reinstalling.

Flor, I did not get any message from Paul. I think there is something wrong
with Lists, yesterday evening a certain person asked me if I had seen Nicky
Kealy's mail, this was to Irelandvipnews and I did not get this one either.
So I am in the dark as to what Paul suggested. Yes, I have other versions
of jaws on my computer.
