Hi there Edel,

It all depends on what you want to use the phone for.  I have not come
across many apps, either for apple or android for people with poor
vision.  If you are looking for something to surf the internet with
both phones browsers have the ability to magnify the webpage you are
looking at.

At present I have an android powered LG optimus and I find it far
better than I phone.
