I can't, as I'm not using one.

however, if you have broadband, I'd recommend  checking out the Blind Cool 
Tech website, where you'll find many podcasts on the subject.

As I understandit, those made by Edirol are very high quality, and 
accordingly expensive.  Olympus products, on the other hand, are less 
expensive, I'm assuming they offer  less facilities.

Bare in mind that some of the podcasts are quite lengthy, and would take 
an age to download on a dial-up connection.  I suppose, you could listen 
online, if you didn't mind tieing  up your phone line!
