Blankhi folks
for those of you doing the excel module you might find this useful.
where you are asked to change the chart type in a worksheet.
i used jaws 8 for this exercise.
To change the chart type in a worksheet
1 Press control shift and o
Jaws says please wait collecting objects wait a few seconds
2 A dialogue box is on screen asking you to select the object from a drop down
list
Do this and press ok
3 You have now selected the chart as an object
If you now press control and enter you can access the chart toolbarto change
the type of chart in the worksheet
4 So press control and enter then press the alt and as per usual jaws will say
menu bar
5 arrow across until jaws says chart
Press enter and arrow down to chart typethen press enter again
A dialogue box appears where you can select the new type of chart you want
6 Select the type you want to change to and press ok
The chart type change takes effect
