I've been trying to either download or watch some videos and to listen to some audio on the following sites: http://anoneire.ning.com/ as well as http://xenutv.wordpress.com/

Hi Maria -

I can't help you directly, as I'm not running jaws. But I can
tell you that most of the videos on both sites are being
delivered via "you-tube" (though I also noticed one delivered via
the daily-motion video service - a lesser known alternative to
you-tube). So I'm just wondering if you are generally able to
access you-tube videos? If so, I could extract some URLs for you
that access the same videos "directly" on the you-tube and/or
daily-motion sites (instead of being "embedded" on the the target
sites you are visiting, as they are at the moment). Here is an
example "direct you-tube URL" for the video called "Anonymous
Dublin protest - Dec 13th":

<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_K39GJxgOs>

But if you can't access that or other videos directly on you-tube
then you have a different set of barriers to deal with. You
might try this alternative interface for you-tube, called "easy
you-tube":

<http://icant.co.uk/easy-youtube/>

So, to access the same video as the previous direct you-tube link,
(for "Anonymous Dublin protest - Dec 13th") but now using "easy
you-tube", try this link:

http://icant.co.uk/easy-youtube/?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_K39GJxgOs

Documentation for "easy you-tube" is here:

<http://icant.co.uk/easy-youtube/docs/index.html>

An original blog post about "easy you-tube", with a few comments
from some people who tried it via jaws, with at least some degree
of success, is here:

Good luck!

Regards - Barry.
