Hi folks,

I finally took the plunge this week, and bought the iPhone 5C from Three.

They set up the phone, however, it seems I'm not yet up and running on
services like SIRI, iTunes and iCloud.

David Woodbridge recently did a mainmenu feature, bringing the listener
through setup from first use. However, as I've made a couple of calls, I
don't know where to begin.

I'll probably have to sign my life away, and tell Apple what I had for
breakfast, but in the meantime, any advice on the list, will be very
welcome.

I'm not yet registered with the App store.

I think IOS 7 has taken a backwards step for partially sighted users. My
iPhone 3S running IOS4, had a much more visible numpad and keypad. This
means it is harder to dial numbers and enter text, as the font now being
used, is light, narrow and offers poor contrast. I've heard this point
made in a few podcasts, but having now seen it, I'd agree.

It's not really an issue for me, as I tend to use Voiceover, but mention it
for the benefit of partially sighted list members who my be considering
IOS7.

Regards with thanks,

Eamonn
