I haven't got the 6600 myself, but since Nokia menus are usually quite
similar, try this:
Press the menu key and then down arrow until you get to organiser.
Press select, usually the middle of the swivel key for the arrow
directions.
Press down arrow again until you get to clock.
Press select again.
Now press key 1, usually to the left of the swivel key. That will open
the clock menu.
Press down arrow until you get to set alarm if you're not already on it.
Press select again. Now you should be able to enter the alarm time.
Press key 1 to confirm.
