Hi Tim, I use a piece of software called 1password. There is a mac, windows and IOS version and it syncs passwords across devices. The Mac and IOS versions are accessible, but I can't speak to the Windows one. Pop it on twitter and I'll RT for you. I know a few people were discussing this a while back but I can't remember which tool they recommended.
