Internet Explorer; tools; then down-arrow (past Mail & News) to "Pop-up
Blocker submenu"; and if you right-arrow into that you will find

Susanne, when I go into "internet" and go to "Tools", I arrow down and
get "mail and new submenu", "Synchronize", "Windows up-date", "Show
related links", "MSN messenger service", "Internet options" ... there is
no mention of "pop-ups".
