Hi eamonn,
what version of JAWS are you using? ? You will need at least JAWS8 for the
latest FF.
The full title of the program is Mozilla firefox; and it can be got from
www.mozillafirefox.org
among several places. We're now up to Firefox 3.x. You might want to
uninstall your existing (Mozilla) firefox via Control panel Add or Remove.

Has anyone a link from which to update Firefox, please?
I tried updating it from the help menu lastnight, but got some reference
to 2007, and a missing file!
I think my current version is 1.5.2
