[vicsireland] register boost

hi guys/gals
i am getting a message called register boost, it appeared after my daughter,
was home from england,
and was downloading music onto her ipod, using i tunes etc,
i unstalled i tunes and all the files from the control page, got back my normal
home page,
but this register boost keeps coming up,
i click the x, to get rid of it, but next time on the pc, it appears again,
it cost money to get whatever they are offering, and i dont want it,
can i get rid of the message any other way?
