Seeing Better Ireland 2006

This event is jointly organised by the Blind Centre for Northern Ireland and
St Joseph's Services for the Visually Impaired. It takes place in Belfast,
in Ulster Hall, on the 6th and 7th June, and in Dublin, on St Joseph's Campus
on the 8th and 9th June.

The exhibition aims to be a one-stop-shop, providing a forum where people can
see a wide range of service organisations, support groups and companies
specialising in high and low tech equipment.

We are delighted that we have had a 50% increase in the number of exhibitors
from our last outing in 2004. The exhibitors are coming from Ireland, the
UK, Germany, Italy, Austria and the United States.

Admission to the exhibition is free, we also have sighted guides available to
people who may require them. A number of fringe events are also taking place
in each venue. The handbook will be available in large print, Braille and on
CD.

Our website has directions to both venues and details of all exhibitors with
links to their websites. www.seeingbetterireland.org

The Dublin opening times are, Thursday 8th June, 11.00am-7.00pm and Friday
9th June, 10.00am-2.00pm.
