Hi Donal,

Yeah I am not seeing account menu on ITunes do I go to www.itunes.com just
making sure I have the right address

Hi Sabrina,

A USB hub is just like one of those socket blocks where you have one plug
and plenty of extra sockets.  So plug the USB from the hub into one of the
USB ports on the machine, and plug the device into one of the sockets (or
USB connectors) on the hub.

Now in terms of verifying the account, you might consider doing this from
your machine.  in iTunes, there is an "account" menu, which should let you
do everything.
