Hi

I can't comment on the accessibility of Wordpress, but it is the most
sophisticated of the blogging service providers. Blogger and Blogspot are
also commonly used.

The secret to a good blog is regular maintenance. A lot of people set one up
and lose interest. The best wayt o get around that is to set a day when
you'll write and post a blog. Could be once a week, once a month or once a
fortnight. The other way to keep your interest going is to decide what
exactly you're going to write about. What are you passionate about? What can
you say about something that hasn't been said already? What unique
perspectives do you have? Have a brainstorm with yourself about what you'd
like to write about.

Also, keep your blog short. Arrange it in bullet points. Or simply point
people to a useful website or resource. People's attention spans are very
short, so make sure your blog is no more than 500 words at most.

Finally, be sure to tell people about your blog. Who do you want to read it?
You could simply promote it among friends or family,. Spreading the word
among your own contacts is a good place to start. You could make it the
signature in your email. If you want it to be more widely read, you can
submit it to a blog directory. And then you can also enter the keywords and
categories you think your blog fits into, which increases your chances of
being stumbled upon by random strangers.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes,

Derbhile
