Good Morning.

I think we all have barriers we need to breach.

I’m happy to hear you are doing well.

Carson, you've inspired me, since I met you and your wife walking along the
river. Mobility keeps us alive and free, I believe. I have my own little hump
to get over, so you've helped me, whether you know it or not. Thank you!

Good for you! That was a challenge! I admire your gumption and courage so much!

This is a brief look into what it took to even consider walking home from the
gym behind Amato’s to Foster Street today.

Good Morning.

I dialed the taxi number 3 times and didn’t hit send 3 times.

The sounds of backup signals and the unloading of delivery trucks weighed on
my mind as I contemplated what I was going to do.

All kinds of what if thoughts filled my head.

Finding my reflective vest in a different pocket in my pack finally did it.
Not finding the vest would have been an excuse to abandon the mission.

I extended the straps on my pack, put on the vest, and slipped into the pack.

Of course I made a few mistakes along the 2 mile walk home from the gym but,
I did it!

It normally takes a few times out to get my skills back up to speed. The
trip was slow partially because of ice and partially due to rusty skills.

I was a ball of sweat when I got home. A nice weather teaser but, I’ll take
it.
