A crash when trying to change an LFO type (default is sine). One of those
occasions where you look at the code and wonder who the idiot was who thought
it would ever fly, shortly to realise it was self, so an immediate reach for
the humble pie.
Also, as it was 'just a little' last minute change before V 1.6.1 (which we
never do of course) said pie is dressed with a dollop of self recrimination
