[yoshimi] As you were

On the basis of eating your own dog food, I've been using the latest master of
Yoshimi for my own compositions, and have come to the conclusion that a separate
'view' tab is a mistake -especially in the cases of instruments and scales.
Also, now 'Presets' path changes no longer require a restart I'd like to pull
that out of the 'settings' menu.

So, my revised idea is:

Instruments
Show Stored
Load External
Save External
Clear

Patch Sets
Show Banks {slightly odd - but where else?}
Load
Save
Recent

Paths {new tab}
Show Bank Roots
Show Presets

Scales
Show Settings
Load
Save
Clear

State
Load
Save
Recent {possible}

Of all of these, I think 'Patch Sets' will be the most heavily used, and
without the 'view' tab it will come nicely in the centre of the top menu bar.

Unless there are howls of protest, I'll probably change this over the weekend,
at the same time as extending Yoshimi's window memory.
