Another little addition.
In the past some distros were either not including default banks at all or were
putting them in non-standard locations. This affected both Yoshimi and our
parent. The result was extreme confusion for new users :(
I don't know if this is still happening, but now there will *always* be at
least one instrument in one bank, in one root!
If Yoshimi can't find any valid banks, it will still generate the root:
$HOME/.local/share/yoshimi/found/yoshimi/banks
This will be given an ID of 5
In this 'newBank' will be created also with ID5.
This will have an instrument 'First Instrument' with a prefix of '0005-'
This instrument will be a SubSynth one with the following changes at part
level from the default:
AddSynth disable
SubSynth Enable
SubSynth Harmonic 2 @ 75
SubSynth Harmonic 3 @ 40
SubSynth Bandwidth @ 60
Effect 1 Reverb (default)
I was actually a bit sneaky with this :)
Parts are defined before banks are, so I was able to use simple commands to
set these parameters to the first part, save the part, then set it back to the
default.

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
