[yoshimi-user] Does everything have to change?

For all that has been done on Yoshimi over the last few years just *one* file
has not been touched at all. It is the README.txt file that Cal stopped
updating with the release of version 0.058.1 which is arguably the first
completely stable version.

I certainly have no intention of changing it (sentimental old fool that I am)
but I'm wondering if it should move into 'doc' and something more in keeping
with the current situation be put in its place. This is particularly relevant
with the github mirror as that looks for, and displays the first readme it
finds.

I would really like some opinions on this, both from the oldtimers that knew Cal
and newbies that might have a different outlook.

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
