In view of Yoshimi's brave attempt on that sick computer I think we can safely
say we're good to go, so the current 'master' has all those freebsd fixes. We
may yet need to find a catch-all way to handle endian-ness. Scouring the
Internet, the prospect seems pretty bleak :(
Probably unnoticiable to anyone not really pushing the boundaries, MIDI note-on
and note-off are now in a VIP track and don't jump though so many hoops.
