Set up a part with a fuzz guitar sound in Yoshimi, then on that part set a
effect to EQ with 'B' set to 1 and 'T' set to Lp2.
Adjust 'Q' to get a significant peak at the cutoff point but not enough for it
to become too sharp or unstable.
Connect up a standard MIDI volume pedal and MIDI-learn the EQ 'Freq' control
with this, then in the MIDI-learn window set the 'Block' checkbox so it doesn't
get passed on to the part volume.
