[yoshimi-user] JS prob in latest git

Hi Cal n' co!

There is a flaw in the latest Yoshimi git (0.62) code which causes all
parts to be enabled when restoring a jack session containg yosh with
qjackctl. Saving and restoring of part status via qjack/JS works fine
under 0.60.10
