Found it. Squashed it.
It was correctly identifying an unknown CC but if it was below one that was
defined and active it would try to execute a non existent part of the list.
However... at the same time I discovered there is a regression where direct
access can't manage engine in higher numbered kit items, and as midi-learn uses
that, these are not accessible :(
Normal non-kit engines are fine - even as kit 0, but I've had lots of trouble
with kits so maybe it's time for a re-think.
That possibly December release is looking a bit wobbly :(
