How to do so?
1. Go here:

2. Towards mid-page there is a label "ยป User Options: Your email
address:" and to the right of it a text field where you should input
your email address
3. Below that is a labe "Choose an action:" and to the right of that a
dropdown list: the second entry is "Unsubscribe". Select that.
4. To the right of that is a button with the label "Go!". Click on it.
5. You will receive an email to confirm you actually want to unsubscribe
and to make sure you are the owner of the email.
6. [Optional]: Ponder seriously if you really want to leave this great
bunch of yoshimians :)
7. To confibe unsubscibe just reply to the email as per instructions in
the email itself.
