Dear all,

As an aftermath of the KVR competition I've created a PDF with most of
the available documentation on ZynAddSubFX I could find. I've tried to
correct all spelling and grammatical errors and I've updated the images.
Here and there some blanks still need to be filled in (Unison, DynFilter
effect). Feedback is welcome.
