Something I forgot to do when preparing for V1.5.0 was to to improve the
layout of the filter inserts. This is now done and hopefully the filter
stages and tracking controls are better placed and look more obvious now.
Some external controllers use the pitch wheel control per channel for up to 16
high resolution faders. Well in the latest master, MIDI learn can now handle
that. The controls that can actually benefit from the better resolution are
most of the volume and detune ones.
Also, changing CC and channel numbers within a limited range that doesn't move
the line no longer completely redraws the window. Changing any of the other
controls also no longer does a complete redraw. It's still not perfect but it's
progress.
