While wandering around in the code I'm continuing to make small discoveries.
Some surprising some obvious, so here are a few changes to the master branch.

First of all, I've enabled reporting, but to stdout rather than stderr. This
means that if you launch Yoshi from a terminal, you see what it is doing. There
is also a nice little message confirming a successful close :)

For jack audio only, I've added an option to the panel window so that you can
change the audio routing. By default this now only goes to the main L&R ports
for all parts, but on an individual basis you can route to the main output only,
the part's own output only, or both. These setting are not saved. I'm not sure
whether they should be or not.

This feature not only enables you to separate out parts completely or use them
as side-chains, but also slightly reduces the processor load, as buffers are
only actively filled if wanted. At the moment, if you disable a part output
while it is sounding it will continue to present the last buffer load to jack. I
should probably arrange for this to be zeroed!

While in the panel window I've cleaned up the display a bit and stopped the
active parts giving a black bar below the actual level meter. Also, that 'Edit'
button does in fact do something - it highlights and selects a part for, um,
editing! Currently, part enable, level and pan icons are not synchonised with
the main window.

Finally, in case you didn't know it, clicking on the part name box at the top
will bring up the current bank so you can change the voice patch.

Has anyone heard from Andrew Deryabin recently? I sent an email to his gmail
address a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard anything back. If you're still
following us Andrew, can you drop me a line?

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
