but restore
WITH JACK MIDI CONNECTIONS IN PLACE
using pyjacksm!

Damn that was long in the coming!
So the problem child has been identified now as JACK2, not yoshimi and
not pyjacksm. Torben has been notified and says he'll look into it.
The functional platform here is Maverick 32 w/ jack1 svn latest, pre8
and latest A3 svn
