OK, latest commit has a variation of the lock changes.
init and destroy don't need to change as they are only seen internally by the
actual mutex initialisation and destruction routines. For the others it's now
lockType and unlockType. Also, there were some in the GUI code that needed
changing.
The implied cast in jackengine goes back a long way - dunno how it got missed.
Sorted now.
