hihi, some testing:

on the amd64 athlon, -pre0 and -pre1 both build and run with
jack2-svn - didn't test the jack session things, just basic play
and instrument switching.

attempting to build either for jack versions without jack
session it still complains, but maybe that was just not meant
to be fixed atm.


on 32bit atom i keep getting this[1] error, appearing since 0.059-*

This won't compile for my on either of my machines. Looks like there are still
some #IFDEFS needed.
