Righty-Ho, we now have rc3 up on sourceforge.

This has the part outputs and the panel meters detached from the main volume
(along with the usual minor tweaks).

The main displays are 1dB per division, 5dB for the 'bright' bars and 10dB for
the bright thick ones.

The panel meters are 5dB per division, and 10dB for the bright bars. 0dB is
right at the top (the same as for the mains). This represents a float value of
1.0

These are all pretty accurate, and if you play a steady tone and use the main
volume control to match against a part, the peak levels follow all the way
up the scales.

If a parts exceed 0dB, a small red bar of placed at the top of that bargraph,
which is similar to the action of the mains. However I'm having a problem
getting it to clear, so as a workaround I've made it clear itself if that
part's level drops to about -45dB (the lowest bar).

Incidentally, I often use one of Yoshi's drumkits to create a 1 bar lead in
click. Previously this showed as around -40dB. It now shows correctly at around
-15dB :)
