Ray, I rang NTL/Virgin Media about this.  Obviously a call centre and they 
didn't know.  So tell me am I paying for this and how does it show up on my 
bill?  I very rarely use the press 3 feature so its not a big deal.

I think you may have to phone the same people you register with for the free 
195 service to get free call return.
