Yes, and as I've said, I'm pretty certain 200 is a BT number; but in any case, shouldn't 195 give you the number, BT or not? I've alerted Action for Blind People in Birmingham about this, so they should look into it. I would phone their London HQ and ask to either be put through to the Birmingham office, if they can transfer you, or request a number and advise them it isn't available under the method you and I have just tried.
