Do I go in to 3 in programmes for example? That keystroke is specific to the three connection manager, you can find a list of keystrokes in the three connect user guide which should be in the program group under three USB Modem. All the best, Ibrahim. ----- Original Message ----- From: Tony Sweeney To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, March 15, 2009 4:21 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: 3 Connect Hi Ibrahim, It worked not only for 'connect but for 'disconnect too! After pressing alt and C I hit the left mouse button. Now as a matter of interest is that a windows or a Jaws keystroke? Thanks a Mil for that. Try alt and C, that should activate the connect button if I'm not mistaken. ----- Original Message ----- From: Tony Sweeney To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, March 15, 2009 3:51 PM Subject: [access-uk] 3 Connect Hi All, Was a little premature with my last message to the list I'm afraid! The left mouse button doesn't always work with connect/disconnect from the 3 mobile broadband using ZTE modem. It's a bit hit and miss now really. However when you are on the ZTE when you route jaws to PC and then down/uparrow it gives you good enough information of it''s status and you then find the disconnect/connect button go off that and go back on it again then hitting the left mouse button for it to respond for you. Anyway at least that works for me! Tony
