Hi,
how does this work please? I often call Turkey and it is quite expensive.
If I use one of these numbers, how do I get billed? Do they put it on my
phone bill?

Thank you.

Hi Carol, it's TeleDiscount. This access number/rate is at:

http://www.telediscount.co.uk/accessnumbers.php#U

Note that you can also call the UK at reduced rates, including calls to
mobiles.

TeleDiscount to date is the cheapest I've found and they've been
consistently so.
