Yeah, they used to be very good and now are sometimes ... depending on who you get. They can also be a bit pricey so I tend not to buy from there! <Smiles>

Carol have you tried John Lewis or one of its derivitives? They are usually very good on Roberts. Maybe you could try them on-line first and then take it from there. If you find what you want then they are very good about showing yhou how it works and if necessary taking it back.
