H8i BrendanBriefly, the AtW "voluntary contribution" is just that, so there is no penalty for refusing to make a voluntary contribution towards costs. It is a rather underhand way by which AtW tries to save money,
But a sighted person may have company car, does that sighted person
have to pay some of the costs for that car! Yes.
So why then should blind and disabled expect their tools, handed on a plate
totally and completely, fro free!
I am not in paid employment but if I was, i would be more than happy to pay towards my tools. But then I was brought up not to expect the world to hand me everything for free.
