[access-uk] Activating audio description on NtL

Hi all

Would anyone be able to send me instructions on exactly how to activate audio 
description on NTL?  My girlfriend has just bought a subscription so I guess 
she will probably have the new remote control, we just need to know where to go 
in the menus.
