Darran,

First you need to get a shortcut to the application. If it's in the
Start menu, Programs submenu then move to it and instead of pressing
Enter to start it, press Applications key and choose Copy. Then close
the Start menu.

Next, open My Computer and navigate to C:\Documents and Settings. There
will be a folder in there that fits your account name; inside that there
will be a folder called SendTo. Open that and past the shortcut in
there. 

The SendTo menu is alphabetical, so if you want, you can rename the
shortcut to get it to appear in the appropriate position in the menu.
