If I remember a friend correctly (amid the profane comments) you have to get a unsubscribe tool from Panda to remove their software. It may be on their web-site or a post to tech support.

I am trying to delete folders which I am unable to delete because despite being a single user with administrator privileges, Windows does not allow me to delete the folders. I am trying to abolish Panda Security software; I guess the developers have put obstructions in my way.

I am the single user of this computer so not too sure what is meant here. How do I actually become the Administrator?
