[access-uk] Another troublesome website

Hello all,
Please visit www.home-options.org. With JAWS and IE8 at least I can
press h and it will talk about babelfish. When I go down until I see the
link called home, then go back up one line, I notice the page jumps.
Anyone else noticed this?
