Ar, I'm glad it's not a JAWS issue then like we've seen on most other sites. I mean JAWS works generally well on the internet but as we know there are sites that don't play nicely with JAWS. In fact I am going to post naother site for you to look at shortly.

David, it's not Jaws at all, it's the site. I've just done it as a
sighted user, and I get the same thing.

There's also a note on the front page that says:

"Please note that any orders placed between 16 JULY 2010 and 25 JULY
2010 inclusive will be processed on 26 JULY 2010."

As we're halfway through that point, I'd guess that whoever runs the
site is on his summer hols and (in order of likeliness from running
servers myself):

1: The user's disk quota is full and it can't start a new session file
2: A session table on a database has got corrupt.
3: He's been hacked, albeit rather pointlessly.

Either way, I think you'll have to wait until the 26th to find out - sorry!

Hi all,

I wonder if a Jaws user, Jaws 10 if possible, could try to put an item into
the shopping basket using the below website. the basket keeps showing as
empty even though I have added various items. The site is

www.progrock.co.uk

I have used it before, but that was some time ago, and I do not recall any
problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
